The process of working out new thoughts is not interactive enough to hold, the new thoughts she suggests are sometimes the very type of thoughts folks who are losing weight actually guilt themselves with. Nothing new here! 3 Stars A good way to retrain your brain I found out about this book in an article from Woman s Day or Good Housekeeping. I had checked out the book from the library and found out it was a six week long period for the book, so I decided to purchase it instead. First off, this is NOT a diet book. It is a side note to a diet or healthful eating. The advice is sound. Cognative therapy is one of the best ways to retrain your brain on food. It gives you small steps each way. Some may be harder to do than others, but you keep doing it step by step. I m still only on Day 8, but the book says to take things in your own time, but so far, a lot of the ideas of worked.
